The moderator will engage three to four panelists for a detailed discussion on new developments related to regulatory, non-regulatory (e.g., guidance, executive orders), legislative, legal, and voluntary approaches to addressing environmental, climate, and energy justice issues at state, and other levels. Topics that could be addressed will include permitting, compliance and enforcement activities; screening and assessment tools and approaches, including cumulative impacts; and engagement approaches.
