Mr. St. Jean is the Air Quality Subject Matter Expert for the Air National Guard. He works as part of the environment group at the Air National Guard Readiness Center located at Joint Base Andrews, MD. Mr. St. Jean’s focus is on providing guidance and leadership to over 80 installations in 54 states/territories regarding compliance with federal, state, and local air regulations and reporting. Additionally, he provides onsite resources to installations to maintain compliance with Air Force policies and mandates. He also represents the ANG on APIMS application changes and enhancements.
Previously, Mr. St. Jean was a contractor for the Air Force/ANG focusing on Air Emissions Inventories and Potential-to-Emit calculations. He also focused on the segregation of ultra-low NOx, low NOx, and uncontrolled boilers to calculate reduced NOX emissions for installations.
