Jessica Young, MS is the chief of the Recycling and Generator Branch in EPA's Office of Resource Conservation and Recovery within the Office of Land and Emergency Management. For the past almost 20 years, Jessica has lead national-scale regulatory initiatives, influenced policy change, and drove multi-agency collaborations to enhance environmental and public health protections regarding solid and hazardous waste management. Most recently, Jessica has been driving public policy and regulation change around recycling and management for end-of life lithium batteries.
