Chris Campbell is a Greenhouse Gas (GHG) and air quality expert with over 14 years of experience in sustainability and GHG analysis projects, air quality permitting, compliance and dispersion modeling. He was the GHG and air quality technical lead on three recent sustainability assessments of disposal options projects comparing impacts of Waste to Energy (WTE), landfilling, and recycling. He was also the GHG technical lead assisting the Illinois Tollway (Tollway) and Ohio DOT (ODOT) in calculating GHG baseline emissions inventories and reductions based on carbon reductions strategies. Finally, Chris led an internal Research and Development effort comparing GHG Life Cycle Models for solid waste management scenarios to help inform clients which model would provide better value to them. He has worked with various dispersion and emission inventory models and tools. Chris was also appointed by City of Austin Mayor Kirk Watson as a member of Austin's Joint Sustainability Committee by advising City Council on recommendations to implement the Austin Climate Plan.
