David Greene is a Project Director with SCS Engineers, working primarily with municipal solid waste landfills and focusing on clean air regulation, permitting, landfill gas management, financial analysis, renewable energy, compliance planning, and environmental reporting. Mr. Greene has also consulted internationally in Southeast Asia with a concentration on training and feasibility evaluation of landfill gas energy projects at solid waste disposal sites. Mr. Greene received his B.S and M.S. from the University of Tennessee and is a registered professional engineer in North Carolina and South Carolina.
