Jonathan has 10 years of professional experience in providing air quality permitting and environmental services. His experience includes air permitting, regulatory applicability and compliance analysis, preparing emission calculations, and landfill gas generation modeling. He specializes in State and Federal air quality permitting and compliance assistance to municipal solid waste landfills and renewable natural gas facilities. He has worked on various New Source Review and Title V projects for landfills, renewable energy projects, and oil and gas waste treatment facilities for various clients. He has worked in both public and private sectors and is a licensed professional engineer in the State of Texas. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Master of Science in Environmental and Water Resources Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
