Prior to joining EPA, Peter worked for over 20 years as an environmental consultant specializing in Clean Air Act permitting and compliance. Peter has a B.S. in forestry from Oregon State University and M.S. in environmental engineering from the University of Florida. He is a registered professional engineer in North Carolina.
