Kylee Hamilton brings nearly 20 years of sustainability and resiliency experience. She builds sustainability strategies to help her clients manage their most pressing risks and opportunities. She also crafts impactful public and investor reporting to help clients communicate on their strategy and progress, and maximize their ESG rankings or bond ratings. She has worked internationally with clients in the transportation, data center, real estate, rail, aviation, electric power, oil & gas, technology, mining, municipal services, and consumer goods sectors. Beyond her client work, Kylee advises Jacobs’ Office of Climate Response and ESG on our sustainability strategy, materiality assessments, delivery of Jacobs’ Climate Action Plan, and ESG reporting. Prior to joining Jacobs, Kylee managed a $10 trillion AUM network of over 100 institutional investors, the Investor Network on Climate Risk, to address the business risks of climate change; launched a climate policy advocacy platform of 20+ US consumer-facing brands; and coordinated higher education energy efficiency programs across the United States. She has presented on sustainability at domestic and international conferences and authored publications on ESG best practices for water utilities, materiality, sustainability governance, energy policy, and socially responsible investing for the university endowment.
