Chun Yi Wu, Ph.D., is a retired principal engineer from the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency. She has 28 years of advanced professional-level experience in directing, designing or developing criteria for environmental programs as a licensed Engineer. Dr. Wu served as a Minnesota State representative in several national and international organizations, working with representatives from other state/local/tribes (SLT), EPA, and Ontario, Canada to address and resolve issues on air emission inventories, including rules, regulations, and policies. Now, she serves as a Board of Director for the A&WMA and a Chair of the Non-ACE Programs Committee for the Technical Council.
She has a Ph.D. degree in Environmental Health Science from the New York University and a Master degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
