Jason Reed is an air quality meteorologist with over 25 years of experience in air quality modeling analyses. He is an American Meteorological Society-designated Certified Consulting Meteorologist (CCM). He has applied many of the EPA-recommended and alternative dispersion models to complex air quality and meteorological issues for projects across the U.S. and internationally while spanning virtually all industrial sectors. The model analyses have been in support of state implementation plans (SIPs), state or federal permits, fatal flaw analyses, environmental assessments, and litigation.
