I finished my PhD in the department of atmospheric and environmental sciences at SUNY Albany focusing on the wildfire impact of air quality and solar energy as well as ozone issues in the New York City area. After joining NREL, I participated in projects including investigation of air quality and health impact under a synthetic aviation fuel pathway and integrating air quality impact into the power system. I also work on building emission factor datasets for power plants across all fuel type and prime mover types and integrating emission inventories of air pollutants and greenhouse gases across several datasets.
