Steven specializes in open path and fixed fenceline monitoring and onsite real time atmospheric analyses, including FTIR, UVDOAS Laser Spectroscopy, and PTRMS, GCMS, and GC technologies. In 2015 he founded Environmental Services and Technologies, LLC, Consulting. Steven previously represented the RJ Lee Group’s PTRMS technology and prior to founding ESAT, spent 14 years, as Department of Energy Program Manager for TestAmerica (Europhins).
