Mr. Easter has over thirty years of air quality, climate, green building, energy efficiency, sustainability and environmental experience in technical, project and program management roles with increasing responsibility. In this current role with the Bay Area Air District in San Francisco, Mr. Easter works on rule development and strategic policies related to the District’s Climate, Air Toxics, and Indirect Source Regulatory programs. Over the course of his 30-year consulting career, Mr. Easter has succeeded in successfully executing over 800 projects with over 200 different clients ranging from Fortune 500 corporations to governmental entities and NGOs. He specialized in air quality analysis, climate action planning, GHG reduction planning and development of sustainability metrics and action plans for the purpose of meeting sustainability goals and objectives. He has also served as Director and Vice President while building air quality and climate teams with several firms including his own private practice.
