Helena Chapman, MD MPH PhD, serves as Associate Program Manager within the Earth Action Program (Booz Allen Hamilton) at NASA Headquarters. Her work focuses on Health and Air Quality Applications, promoting the use of Earth observation data in public health (One Health) applications, such as air quality management and control of infectious diseases. Helena is passionate about promoting transdisciplinary health collaborations that investigate and mitigate health risks of humans, animals, and ecosystems. She received her PhD in Public Health (One Health) and MPH in Epidemiology from the University of Florida and MD from the Iberoamerican University in the Dominican Republic.
