Gary is the senior environmental engineer with RTP Environmental Associates in Raleigh office. He has over 28 years of environmental experience. Gary provides technical services for permitting, compliance, and enforcement related matters for large industrial clients including power generation companies, steel mills, refineries, and glass manufacturing plants. In addition, Gary provides training courses including Advanced New Source Review, Effective Permit Writing, and Basic New Source Review.
Prior to RTP, Gary worked as an air permit engineer with the State of Indiana where he specialized in PSD/NNSR permits and also worked on the NSR Reform rulemaking.
