Andrea Collier is a licensed professional Environmental Engineer and Vice President at Barr Engineering Co. with more than 22 years of experience in water resource management, stormwater and wastewater infrastructure and permitting; process control; and waste management. Her background in PFAS related projects includes permitting, environmental audits, sample collection and data review, and stormwater infrastructure and treatment. Other recent project experience includes water resource planning and design, water quality studies, water compliance auditing, stormwater management and BMPs, environmental permitting, and watershed planning. Andrea is also certified as a drinking water and wastewater operator in MO. Prior to joining Barr, she served as deputy director of the Missouri Geological Survey, as well as director of the Water Resources Center, at the Missouri Department of Natural Resources.
