Kasymbekov Zharkynbek Orozbekovich is a Director of the National Institute for Public Health under the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic since January 2023 and holds a Doctor of the Medical Sciences degree. Previously positions include Director of the Center for Family Medicine, Chief Doctor of the Emergency Center, Rector for the private medical university, Deputy Minister of Health, and Acting Minister of Health.
