Dr. Selisa Andrus is a recent graduate of Arizona State University, where she earned her doctorate in Chemical Engineering. Her research focused on the system-level feasibility of electrolytic hydrogen production utilizing regional hydropower resources. Currently, she serves in the public sector as a Senior Engineer, acting as the technical subject matter expert on an integrated project team. In this role, she provides technical federal oversight for large capital asset projects within the industrial sector. Prior to her current position, Dr. Andrus worked as a Senior Operations Research Analyst specializing in long-term hydropower operations. In that role, she led assessments to enhance operational resilience and advance climate change adaptation strategies for regional hydropower systems. Her career reflects a strong dedication to energy innovation, infrastructure integrity, and public service.
