I am Miss Harriet Dufie Appiah, a Ph.D. student in Chemical Engineering at Rowan University. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering. My research leverages process systems engineering techniques, such as systems optimization, life cycle assessment, and machine learning, to develop environmentally safe chemical processes. In addition to my research, I mentor undergraduate students in applying machine learning to sustainability-focused projects.
