Carolyn Meisner is a senior carbon management consultant with over 20 years of experience in carbon accounting, reduction strategy and reporting. Her career started in 2005 supporting the voluntary USEPA Climate Leaders program and the journey continued. She now leads Jacobs’ carbon inventory and key initiatives of Jacobs’ Climate Action Plan. Prior to Jacobs, she led CH2M Hill’s award-winning carbon management program. She has a diverse portfolio of client GHG experience, including implementation of GHG and energy data management systems, CDP disclosure strategy, carbon management of global mega-events, Scope 3 evaluation and accounting, and development of climate transition plans.
