Dr. Hannah Rubin is an environmental modeler at Stone Environmental. Her background is in earth system science and her research combines GIS, remote sensing, and machine learning to explore future climate scenarios and apply models to understand climate hazards and the risks to environmental and human health. Hannah recently earned her Ph.D. in environmental engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where she worked on developing methods of measurement-model to improve estimates of nitrogen and sulfur deposition, map soil organic carbon, and project future heat waves.
