University of Cincinnati, OH
Ms. Hannah L. Frame is a second-year Ph.D. student in Industrial Hygiene in the Department of Environmental and Public Health Sciences at the University of Cincinnati. Ms. Frame’s research interests are in occupational health and safety motivation in the aviation industry. She works on the design of effective training and intervention programs that decrease the injuries and illness attributable to human factors. Ms. Frame’s research aims to increase workers’ understanding and engagement with optimal safety practices to help organizations achieve improved health and safety outcomes. In her work, Ms. Frame is investigating the potential applications of artificial intelligence (AI) and extended reality (XR) for research in occupational health and safety motivation, using these tools to study and improve occupational health and safety training processes. The use of AI and XR is poised to drive innovation in worker training and improve training outcomes, improving comprehension, implementation and compliance with trained practices.
