Paul Farber is the Principal of P. Farber & Associates, LLC and has over 40 years experience in the selection, design and operation of emissions control systems. He has been involved with all phases of environmental engineering from research through permitting and control system startup. Mr. Farber had been involved in many projects including being the responsible engineer for the design and engineering of over 8,000 MW of dry scrubbing systems, upgrades to more than 2,000 MW of dry scrubbing systems to meet new permit requirements. Additionally, he has assisted clients in contract negotiations, analysis, design, and specification for emissions control systems including ESP's, fabric filters, and both wet and dry FGD systems on existing coal fired plants. He has over 50 published papers and presentations and has recently updated one of the Sections of Perry's Chemical Engineers Handbook.
